To the End of the World... And Back {L'anse Aux Meadows}

After leaving Gros Morne National Park, we travelled up the Viking Trail, past rocky beaches and quaint fishing villages to L'anse Aux Meadows... The end of the world! We ate at one of the best restaurants I've ever been to, "The Norseman", wore layers of clothing in mid-June, stayed in a traditional Newfoundland 'Salt Box', and explored a Viking Village... Simply amazing... There is no other word!

To the End of the World... And Back {Gros Morne National Park}

After leaving St. John's, we spent one night in Gambo, Newfoundland en route to Gros Morne National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site... We stayed in a lovely suite in Woody Point, overlooking Bonne Bay... The park is outstanding... With beauty around ever corner!

We're back from a perfect trip to Newfoundland...

We spent the first few days in the St. John's area... We checked out Signal Hill and Cape Spear... Shopped a bit and explored downtown... And of course, enjoyed a lovely stay at "Aunt Reene's"... Enjoy the photos!
