My photography always dries up a bit in the winter... I'm not sure why... I think it's mostly because we're inside all the time... And I'm still a very poor indoor photographer (add that to the to-do list)... All that to say, we've been outside, a lot... And I've been truly enjoying getting more pictures of the girls... As cliche as it may sound, they grow up really fast... And I don't want to forget a thing...

A week ago Monday, we celebrated Victoria Day with a huge backyard BBQ... Our dear friend Chisso, always the entertainer, hooked us up with sparklers and fireworks... My girls are still talking about it! It was a huge highlight... And so much fun!

This past Saturday we spent the better part of the day visiting our friends the Sohs out of the city... It was a hot day, full of wonderful fellowship and great food! I've been having a hard time capturing Brennah on camera lately... When I ask her to smile, she gives me a corny grin that just really isin't her... On Saturday, she was so immersed in making 'soup' with Olivia Soh, that she didn't really notice I was snapping away... It's more her, especially the one with her tongue sticking out... I guess she gets that from me!
