We're Back...

We're back... Refreshed, sun-kissed, and thanking the Lord! We had a great week, full of blessing at the cottage... The greatest blessing was enjoying our time with Baby B... It was at the cottage last year that I first felt her move... And that joyful sensation kept returning to my mind as I watched her all week! She is such a joy... And she was also a dream at the cottage... We couldn't really ask for a better baby... The Lord is great! 

Jay enjoyed some very special times with Bren... Here's the proof!

The Sparrow is Flying the Coop!

That's right... We're heading out... Monday morning... To our favourite place on earth... There we will be relaxing, swimming, eating banana boats, sleeping in the hammock, introducing Bren to cottage life, eating pie (hopefully), worshipping, and enjoying some of our favourite people!

On Friday, I missed my post... I missed it because we were in Leamington, preparing for the wedding of my brother, Stephen and his fiance, Holly... It was a lovely weekend that culminated in a perfect wedding! I've decided to post a few pictures of the wedding each day this week... I hope you enjoy!

My Little "Studio"...

I decided it was time to take pictures of my little "Studio"... My "Studio" travels with me in a fabric covered box... Our house is very full... And I don't have a permanent workspace... But I think, as I've come to learn, that it's better this way! Most of the time my "Studio" sits with me on the couch so I can work while watching episodes of my favourite 90's show, "My So-Called Life"... At other times, it travels with me... To my parents, to Jess', to the Robinson's... And in a few weeks, to the cottage! Take a look at my lovely little studio!

My... How It Flies!

I remember hearing people say, "They grow up so fast"... I thought it was so cliché... But they're right... My baby marked six months with us on Friday... And I can hardly believe it... It's gone quickly... And yet, it's hard to remember what it was like before she got here! God has been good... Tremendously so... She's happy, healthy, joyful and well-loved! "Promise me you'll never forget me because if I thought you would I'd never leave." (Winnie the Pooh)
