Becky (love the name) of Hudson, Quebec (near Montreal), created the "Organic Quilt Company" when her children were small! An avid quilter for years, Becky was aware of the many chemicals used on quilting fabrics and felt uneasy about wrapping her little ones in materials covered in unhealthy chemicals... Thus, the "Organic Quilt Company" was born... Not only are Becky's quilts, blankets, and burp pads organic, they are also beautiful!

Beautifully made baby blankets, I love that they are Organic. The simplicity of the bound set of three in lilac tone trim is probably my favourite item, they would look lovely on display. Also the aqua shade one is so pretty.

I also really like the 'Whispering Grass' blanket, it would be so nice to swaddle your little one in! My little guy has super sensitive skin (if I'm not wearing cotton and he snuggles his head against me, he breaks out...poor little man), so I love shops like this!

ReplyDeleteI am in love with the Organic Cotton Baby Quilt with Sweet Jane Squares. It matches the burpie/blankie set that I found just before I spied the quilts! It is also very nice that you can request custom quilts/other products be made, it makes it feel that much more special!
